Flag Inc. is an international production and distribution company with a full range of digital marketing & communication skills.
Headquartered in Tokyo, with six offices across Japan, along with the Los Angeles office and our international partners, we provide extensive and creative services of marketing and production.
We also focus on the development of original films and content both domestic and international, as well as education of filmmakers and creators.

PRODUCING As a production company based in Japan, our mission is to create entertaining, accessible, and - crucially - authentic films and TV / streaming shows for international audiences.
We are actively developing projects with international teams and our recent co-production projects include “La Revanche des Crevettes Pailletées” (Dis: Universal International France) and “The Invisible Fight” which was selected in the competition category at Locarno International Film Festival 2023.

We also produce non-scripted content with local Japanese talents. Our original variety show “ARITA AND WEEKLY PRO-WRESTLING AND” was acquired by Amazon Prime Video Japan and has been one of the best rated shows on the platform through all 4 seasons.

LINE PRODUCING We provide full production services in a bilingual environment with a strong network of experienced and international project friendly crews.
Having offices across Japan from Tokyo to Okinawa, we can provide many different location ideas and options as well.
Our producing team has a wealth of experience in bilingual productions in both Japan and overseas and can realize smooth collaboration with international production teams, to shoot in Japan or to recreate Japan in your own country.

DISTRIBUTION Films have such strong power to make people feel connected by the stories themselves and also with the experience of sharing the laughs and tears with other audiences.

We run “New Cinema Workshop” (NCW), a film school based in Tokyo.
Many of our graduates are now at the forefront of not only filmmaking, but also distribution and promotion in the industry.
